Crème de menthe is, as the name suggests, a French mint liqueur. It is usually made with Corsican mint, which is steeped in grain alcohol for several weeks before it is filtered and sweetened to create the final product. The Green Crème De Menthe Frappé resembles a minty, boozy snow cone, and can equally be recommended with ice cream, either as an affogato or whipped up to make a thick shake.
